Soccer Tot.....and Tae Kwon Do Titan!

Andrew has (finally!) been able to play a couple soccer games.  Poor kid- all his games have been rained out and we've finally got some amazing soccer weather around here so the soccer tots have played.  All the kids on his team are 4 and it is VERY loosely organized.  Andrew is by FAR the most aggressive child out there but is also one of the smallest.  This makes for a funny combination.  Other parents who are watching him play ask us what we feed him for breakfast which is code for "dang that's a fast and crazy kid out there."  Only pancakes people.  Doesn't matter what you feed this one- he runs like the wind until his head hits the pillow at night.  It's how he came.

Andrew also just started Tae Kwon Do.  A while ago Andrew asked me if he could take "ninja class."  I have ABSOLUTELY no idea why my four year old knows what a ninja is or why he wants to take ninja class.....but I thought maybe Tae Kwon Do would do the trick. Also- this kid is SMALL.  Maybe a few skills he could gain in such a class wouldn't be a bad thing.  If you're going to be the small guy in the bunch at least be strong and confident, right?    He did GREAT in Tae Kwon Do.  The master thought he was 2 when we walked in and grossly underestimated how well this little guy could move.  But, by the end of class he was challenging him and Andrew can't wait to go back.  The best part of this class for me is that it is right here on base!  SO convenient!  I must get video of this because Andrew doing Tae Kwon Do is one of the best things I've ever seen in my life!
