When Mike wasn't working we ate pizza, took the kids bowling, played the wii together, (Andrew is a LEGIT Wii bowler!), played some regular games together, watched Christmas movies, and of course when Daddy is involved there's always a bit of wrestling or children flying through the air.

Family Time Italian Style
For the most part being in Italy was a lot like being at home, except the living quarters were much much smaller. Mike had to work a LOT while we were there which was unexpected and kind of disappointing but we stayed focused on the good. He is in fact deployed and many many many people have actually had to endure much harder, longer deployments without any such visits. So, we stayed positive. We stayed busy by playing games, making projects, running around outside, playing on playgrounds and watching planes take off and land. Our hotel was right on the runway of Naples airport and Andrew sat in the window at least an hour a day watching the planes take off. He'd like our next house to be on a airport runway.
